When you post content to Scientific Nexus — including usernames, messages, profile avatars, and reviews — you retain ownership of that content. However, by posting it you grant Scientific Nexus a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and moderate that content as necessary to operate the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent and warrant that:
We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content posted on the platform.
All games available on Scientific Nexus are sourced from GameDistribution, a third-party HTML5 game publisher and distribution platform. Games are embedded via iframe on the Scientific Nexus platform.
Scientific Nexus does not own the games, their code, or their intellectual property. Each game is the property of its respective developer and/or GameDistribution. We do not control the content or behaviour of any embedded game.
By playing a game embedded on this platform, you may also be subject to GameDistribution's terms of service and privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies at gamedistribution.com.
We make no warranty regarding game availability. Games may be removed from the library at any time without notice if they become unavailable from the source provider.
Scientific Nexus displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Advertisements are how the platform covers its operating costs and remains free for all users. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

The games available on the platform belong to their respective developers and GameDistribution. The fonts used (Rajdhani, Share Tech Mono) are provided under Google Fonts licences. Font Awesome icons are used under their free licence.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in the platform beyond the limited right to use it as a visitor or registered user.
Scientific Nexus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scientific Nexus and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of access to your account.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed zero, as the platform is provided entirely free of charge.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion and without prior notice if we determine that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to harassment of other users, spam, or attempts to compromise platform security.
You may also delete your own account at any time by contacting us at scientificnexussite@gmail.com. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by us — your right to use the community features ceases immediately. Content you have posted publicly (such as Feedback Hub reviews) may remain visible unless you specifically request its removal prior to account deletion.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via the platform or by email.
Your continued use of Scientific Nexus after an update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, your only remedy is to stop using the platform and delete your account.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Scientific Nexus will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
